ChatFlow ("the Extension") is a Chrome browser extension that helps you organize your AI conversations (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) with folders, search, and export. Your privacy is our top priority.
We do not collect any personal data. The Extension operates entirely within your browser. No data is ever sent to our servers or any third party.
All data created by the Extension is stored locally in your browser using:
This data never leaves your device. If you uninstall the Extension or clear browser data, this information will be permanently deleted.
We do not read, store, or access the content of your AI conversations. The Extension only reads conversation titles and URLs from the ChatGPT and Claude web interfaces to help you organize them. The actual content of your conversations is never processed or stored by the Extension.

If you choose to upgrade to the Pro plan, payment is processed securely through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, sales tax, invoicing, and refunds on our behalf. We do not store your credit card information. When you make a purchase, Paddle may collect your email address, billing address, and payment details. Please refer to Paddle's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your payment data.
We store your purchase email address locally in your browser (via chrome.storage) to verify your Pro status. This email is also sent to our verification server to confirm your purchase with Paddle. We do not use this email for marketing or share it with any third party other than Paddle.
The Extension itself does not use any third-party analytics or tracking services. This landing page website uses Google Analytics and Google AdSense, but these are separate from the Extension and do not affect Extension users.
The Extension is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
