These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ChatFlow Chrome browser extension ("the Extension") and the ChatFlow website at chatflow.search123.top ("the Website"). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

ChatFlow is a Chrome browser extension that helps you organize your AI conversations on platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. The Extension provides features including folders, search, pinning, and export.

2. Free and Pro Plans

The Extension offers a free plan with limited features and a paid Pro plan with additional functionality. The current feature differences are listed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify feature availability between plans with reasonable notice.

3. Payment and Billing

Pro plan purchases are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. When you purchase a Pro plan:

• Paddle handles all payment processing, tax collection, and invoicing
• You will receive a receipt from Paddle, not from ChatFlow
• Prices may include applicable taxes depending on your location
• Lifetime purchases grant access to Pro features for the lifetime of the product

5. User Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data. In summary:

• All conversation data stays in your browser
• We do not read, store, or transmit your AI conversation content
• We do not sell or share your personal information

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
• Use the Extension to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the Extension
• Share your Pro license with others or use a single license on multiple accounts simultaneously

7. Intellectual Property

The Extension, its code, design, and branding are the intellectual property of ChatFlow. Your purchase of a Pro plan grants you a license to use the Extension's Pro features, not ownership of the software.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all websites or browser versions. AI platform interface changes may temporarily affect the Extension's functionality.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profits.

10. Third-Party Platforms

The Extension interacts with third-party AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). We are not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google. Changes to these platforms may affect Extension functionality. We are not responsible for the availability or terms of these third-party services.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Significant changes will be communicated through the Extension or Website.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Pro features if these Terms are violated.
